Tinted and Etched Glass Films
GEL are suppliers and fitters of decorative glass films. In this example we worked together with the management team at Midsummer Place in Milton Keynes to produce designs for the glass panels on the escalators in the shopping centre. It was reported that some people had complained about feeling uneasy when being able to see such a high vertical drop on one side when entering from the multi-storey car park. We suggested the idea of incorporating the company logo with the crystal-glass film, hence using it as an advertising tool whilst blocking some of the vision area but retaining the light transmission.
DDA Compliant Window Films
We are fully aware of the changes in requirements due to DDA legislation. Once again we have worked with the Midsummer Place management to ensure that all glass panels and doors met with DDA regulations without looking 'too busy' with graphics.
