Waterproof Labels
GEL was one of the first companies back in 1995 to own a Gerber Edge when they were first launched in the UK. As such we have great experience in producing waterproof interior and exterior grade labels for virtually any application.
The graphics is thermally printed onto self adhesive vinyl in either spot colours or process colour and can be cut to any shape you require at no additional charge due to the fact the cutting process is computer generated - no need for expensive dies to be made.
This type of thermal printing has other advantages too as unlike screen printing it is a flexible process whereby no additional costs are incurred if you only require a one-off print or a low print run of various size labels.
Text Effects
The Gerber Edge can produce great text effects and is also used to produce printed keylines or drop shadows on text if being fitted to vehicles with complex curves so that longevity is retained by the use of only one thin layer of vinyl instead of multiple layers.
